WHY “OFFSHORE EUROPE”?

Offshore depends on where you are standing.

For an entrepreneur based outside Europe, a European company is a foreign company and can form part of an international or offshore structure.

What matters is not the label. What matters is whether the structure has a legitimate commercial purpose, fits the owner's tax residence and management reality, works with banking and payment providers, and can meet its reporting and compliance obligations.

Europe can therefore be a strategic offshore choice for non-European founders — not because it is secret or unregulated, but because selected European jurisdictions combine international access, established legal frameworks and commercial credibility.

QUICK ANSWERS

Before you incorporate.

Can a European company be an offshore structure?

For an owner based outside Europe, a European company is a foreign company and can function as part of an international or offshore structure. Its legal and tax treatment depends on the owner's residence, where the company is managed, its activity and applicable law.

Can a non-EU resident own a European company?

In many European jurisdictions, yes. Director, registered office, substance, licensing, banking and reporting requirements vary by jurisdiction and activity, so ownership eligibility alone should not determine the choice.

Which European jurisdiction should I choose?

Start with the owner's tax residence, business activity, clients, transaction flow, banking needs, VAT, substance and where the company will actually be managed. The lowest headline corporate tax rate is not automatically the best answer.

Do you assist with banking?

We assist with banking preparation: business explanation, ownership documents, expected transaction profile and supporting information. Opening or maintaining an account remains subject to the financial institution's own approval and compliance process.
